Now process with further steps.
1. Download the E5573cs-322 USB loader file
2. Dismantle or unscrew the device.
3. Let the battery inside the device and switch off the router.
4. Connect USB cable to router.
5. Touch the boot pin and ground of the board from any metal / wire as shown in above image.
6. From the other hand, insert USB cable another end to PC.
7. It will produce a sound and you will see something is installing on your device.
8. Remove the metal / wire from the board.
9. Now download Balong tool.
10. Install the latest “Huawei mobile partner“ on your computer.
11. Run Balong tool.
12. Click “Detect” button. It will show COM Port with “BOOT_3G”.
13. Locate the “Loader” file which you have got in the email.
14. Click on “Load”.15. Once progress bar reaches the end, you will again notice something is installing on your PC.
Note: You can check in COM ports, you will see two Huawei ports.
16. Close the USB Balong tool now.
17. Now download E5573cs-322 firmware version 21.318.99.03.00.
18. Run the Exe file and update your device.

Installation Instructions
From Stock ROM
Your device must be updated to the latest version of software EMUI 5.x ( Android N )
Flash the new TWRP for LineageOS !
Go to TWRP and format data, to be able to be mounted
Reboot device to TWRP
Put the LOS Rom to Internal/External Storage
(Optional) backup your vendor partition via TWRP to your MicroSD card ( dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p46 of=/external_sd/stock_vendor.img ), or to Internal Storage ( dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p46 of=/sdcard/stock_vendor.img )
Flash LOS Rom and (optional) Gapps : arm64, 7.1
From LineageOS ROM
You should have already installed the previous version of Lineage OS on your device. If not installed, then follow above guide first.
Reboot device to TWRP
Put the LOS Rom to Internal/External Storage
Wipe factory reset
Flash LOS Rom and (optional) Gapps : arm64, 7.1
Reboot to System and take advantage of the new LOS 14.1 !

1) Requirements for this method.
You need to unlock the bootloader of Huawei P10 Plus first, Skip it if you already had it unlocked.
Download the above three files and rename the “update_data_full_public.zip” file to update_data_public.zip and the second data file “update_full_VKY-xx_hw_xx.zip” to update_all_hw.zip.
2) First, download the HWOTA_VKY.zip from above and extract it on your PC or your device SD Card.
3) Now download all three update, data, and public files (make sure you rename the files as mentioned above) and copy them either in the external SDCard inside HWOTA folder or in the PC in the C:..HWOTAupdate folder.
4) Run the update.bat file as an administrator, It will ask you if you copied the files. Press any key to continue.
5) Now connect your device and Reboot into Bootloader mode using “Volume Down + Power” or just use “adb reboot bootloader” then press any key.
6) The above step will install TWRP in your device.
7) Now Disconnect USB Cable and turn off your device and use “Volume Up + Power” to enter TWRP.
8) Once you’re in TWRP mode, plug in the USB cable again and press the Enter key on your computer.
9) If your files are saved in the HWOTA folder on the SD card, type 1 and press ENTER and if files are saved in the HWOTA/Update folder on your PC, type 2 and press ENTER.
10) It’ll ask you the update type, again type 1 and press the Enter button twice.
11) Done! Above step will start the installation of files on your device

AICP Android 6 ROM for Huawei P8 Lite
AICP is the ROM from Alice Project. This ROM is based on Marshmallow 6.0.1. It is stable for daily use. It includes almost all features of LineageOS. As their are no stable custom ROM for P8 Lite you can try this one. Everything is working in this ROM.
How To Flash/Install
Download the ROM zip file
Place it in SD card
Boot into TWRP. Must have TWRP 3.1 for installing this ROM.
Wipe cache, dalvik/ART cache, wipe data.
Choose install zip from SD card and select ROM file.
After Flashing ROM flash fix/patch for deep sleep.
After this flash gapps
Reboot your device and enjoy.

How To Flash / Install TWRP Recovery On Huawei P8 Lite
Download the TWRP 3.1 recovery
Then Put the TWRP recovery in the ADB & Fastboot folder (Pre-requirement section).
Plug your device into the computer and authorize your device so adb will work, then type the following commands:
Boot into the bootloader by typing the following command:
adb reboot bootloader
Flash the recovery with the following command:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
Once it finishes type the following
fastboot reboot
You will be in TWRP recovery after this.
